How not to react when your child tells you that he’s gay
He was kicked out of the house after this *sigh*
Sadly America has a widespread problem with teens being kicked out of their homes because their parents don’t agree with who their kids happen to fall in love with. According to a survey in 2013 an incredible 40% of all homeless kids in the Unites States identify as queer. That means over one million queer kids. Let that number sink in for a second. And more than half of them were victims of sexual assault on the streets after their parents kicked them out.
